Website Development Project Manager

The Website Development Project Manager should have a solid knowledge of the HubSpot platform and experience managing complex projects. Ideally this person would be a Developer who had demonstrated skills in managing the work involved in creating a website, but Project Managers with knowledge of website creation would also be considered.

Job Description

  • Anticipate and expedite all of the distinct tasks involved in completing all components and stages of website development
  • Serve as an agent between our Clients, account Consultants, Creative Director, Web Dev and Design teams.
  • Create efficiencies in Weidert Group’s website development process and plans—developing our website service line in conjunction with the Business Development team
  • Lead Weidert Group’s advancement in growth-driven design (www.growthdrivendesign.com) methods


  • At least 3 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably specific to websites or other technical products/applications
  • Demonstrated success in relevant studies or training, such as a degree in applicable field (Associate, B.A./B.S.)
  • A passion for online marketing and for website development
  • Emerging presentation and communication skills, with intent and abilities to become accomplished in these areas
  • Technical knowledge of how websites are built and the tasks involved in each stage
  • Ability to juggle and efficiently expedite multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organization skills
  • A motivation to manage projects in a way that achieves both optimum profitability and complete client satisfaction
  • A positive attitude and energy; must be detail- and customer-oriented, with good multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques
  • Enjoys and appreciates collaboration and teamwork
  • Reports to Associate Creative Director; works closely with the clients’ Consultants to address immediate and long-range client needs
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to be persuasive and to confront issues (and potential issues) with tact
