How We Build Your Growth Engine
A System, Not a Campaign
Most agency partnerships start with a kickoff call and a list of deliverables. Ours starts by building you a system. The Weidert Growth Engine™ is how we structure every client relationship. Three phases — Diagnose, Engineer, Activate — that move from foundation to full operation, built to compound marketing and sales results instead of resetting every quarter.
Diagnose
Before we build anything, we need to know exactly what we’re building on. Diagnose is where we get a clear picture of your brand positioning, your existing growth strategy, the state of your data and tech stack, and how your website is performing against the job it’s actually supposed to do.
In this phase we’re answering specific questions: Is your messaging consistent from your website to your sales team’s first call? Is your CRM clean enough to support real personalization and reporting? Is your site built to convert, or is it still functioning like a digital brochure? The answers tell us where the real gaps are, so we’re not guessing at priorities — and neither are you.
- In-depth analysis of your business, brand positioning, and growth goals
- Marketing and sales audit across messaging, data infrastructure, and website performance
- A clear, prioritized view of what needs to be fixed before anything else can scale

THIS FEEDS PHASE 2: ENGINEER
ENGINEER
You wouldn’t run a production line at full speed before the equipment’s been calibrated. The same logic applies here. The Engineer phase is where we build the engine block: unifying your brand and messaging, building out your strategic growth playbook, connecting your data infrastructure, and getting your website built (or rebuilt) to do its job as a true distribution center — sorting and routing demand instead of just sitting there.
This is foundational work, and it’s sequenced for a reason. Skip it, and every track that follows in Phase 3 starts from a weaker position. Get it right, and everything downstream gets easier and works better.
- Brand and messaging standardization across every customer touchpoint
- A documented growth playbook covering content, conversion paths, lead nurturing, and reporting
- Clean, connected CRM and data infrastructure
- A website built to convert, not just exist

THIS FEEDS PHASE 3: ACTIVATE
ACTIVATE
Once the foundation holds, the engine runs on three tracks, simultaneously and continuously.
Track 1, Core Market Presence, is the long-term compounder: brand consistency, educational content, technical thought leadership, SEO and AEO for AI-search visibility, and earned media and trade press placement that builds third-party credibility and authority whether or not a campaign is currently live.
Track 2, Activation Sprints, is where we run targeted campaigns to generate near-term pipeline around a specific opportunity, such as a trade show, a product launch, or an account-based push. These work best layered on top of Track 1, because they're not starting from zero with an audience that's never heard of you.
Track 3, Operational Optimization, is the revenue ops layer that keeps the whole system from wearing out: marketing and sales alignment, data and automation tuning, and ongoing website conversion optimization based on real behavioral data.
Most agencies sell you Track 2 and call it a strategy. We build all three, because a system that only sprints, with nothing compounding and no ops layer keeping it tuned, isn’t a system at all. It’s just a series of campaigns that keep resetting.

THIS PRODUCES PIPELINE GROWTH
Built for B2B Companies Ready to Stop the Guesswork
The Weidert Growth Engine is the right fit when the buying process is complex, the sales cycle is long, and you need digital authority doing work before a salesperson is ever in the room.
It works best when:
- Revenue growth has stalled despite consistent marketing activity
- Marketing investment is hard to defend because attribution is murky and results feel disconnected from revenue
- Sales and marketing are misaligned on what a qualified lead looks like or who’s responsible for what
- Leadership is ready to move beyond campaigns and build the infrastructure for sustained, measurable growth
